Directions

1.) Bring your league screen up on your computer.
2.) Click 'print screen' button (usually on the top right of your keyboard).
note: nothing will happen yet.
3.) you can either open an e-mail and click CTRL + V to paste it in the body of the e-mail and send to:

and click CTRL + V to paste it there.
